Metered Billing

Dear Residents,

We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our water billing process. Beginning September 2026, the Van Bibber Lake Conservancy District will transition from a flat-rate billing system to metered billing based on each household’s actual water usage.

This change is part of our ongoing commitment to:

• Encourage water conservation and sustainability

• Ensure fair and accurate billing for all residents

• Support the long-term health of our community’s water resources

What This Means for You

• Your water bill will now reflect the amount of water your household uses each month.

• Meters have been installed (or will be installed) at each property to track usage.

• You will receive your first metered bill in September 2026.

We appreciate your cooperation as we make this transition. By moving to metered billing, we can work together to conserve water, protect our environment, and ensure a fair system for everyone.
