Notice to Residents of Van Bibber Lake Estates

Dear Residents,

This notice is to inform the community that the Marshals have now been actively patrolling Van Bibber Lake Estates for over 12 months. During this initial period, the focus was primarily on education and issuing warnings in order to promote awareness and voluntary compliance.

Moving forward, the Marshals will be taking a more proactive enforcement approach. Violations of applicable laws may now result in citations and tickets rather than warnings.

We encourage all residents and visitors to review and follow community regulations to help maintain the safety and well-being of everyone in Van Bibber Lake Estates.
